This is a perfect example of the typical Mildew and Algae Growth we commonly see in Louisiana.
We applied biodegradable detergents, we killed these spores at their root, and safely rinsed them away
using our low-pressure process.
This sidewalk is shaded by a large Oak Tree, causing accelerated mold growth. In the first picture you can see the dirt
and mold that has developed over time. Using just the right amount of pressure we cleaned the surface then
used a special blend of concrete brightener. This sidewalk never looked better.
This brick patio was infested with Mold, Mildew, & Algae growth. Not only is this surface unsightly,
but very slippery under wet and dry conditions. We killed the Mold, washed it away, and brightened
the grout. Not only can we make your home cleaner and healthier, we can make it safer.
This driveway was just plain DIRTY!!! We removed the dirt and brought it back to life. Shouldn't your children have a clean driveway to play on???
That's right, Low-Pressure. We applied our detergents with 30 psi, less than half of an average garden hose (avg. garden hose 65 psi). Then washed away the dead spores with the same low pressure. Another great transformation and an example of why we take so much pride in out work. Imagine what it would cost to replace this siding..........
