Question: What is SoftWash Technology? And how is it different from Pressure Washing?
Answer: SoftWash Technology refers to the process we use to clean your home's exterior, also referred to as Soft Washing. Soft Washing is the SAFEST way to restore the exterior of your home, or any surface. By gently applying a coat of biodegradable detergents to the surface, we can kill mold, mildew, and algae spores at their root using no more pressure than a standard garden hose nozzle.
This varies greatly from a typical "high pressure cleaning". Using pressure in excess of 1,000 psi can expose your family to serious health risks. Pressure at this level can push water behind your siding, windows, fascia, and eaves. Once saturated the chances of mold growth are increased rapidly, making your homes interior susceptible to black mold.
Question: What kind of detergents do you use? Will they be harmful to our pets and plants?
Answer: Absolutely not. Our detergents are 100% biodegradable and EPA compliant. Matter of face, they are not much different than what millions of people run through their washing machines everyday. However, if you have delicate plants we will cover them or take extra precautions if you have additional concerns.
Question: I have always pressure washed my house, why should I have someone to do it with low-pressure?
Answer: More time than not, uninformed homeowners cause more harm than good. To their home and to themselves. We have seen broken windows, siding ripped off of homes, etched wood, brick, and concrete, damaged landscapes, damaged paint, blown off gutters, and 1 case of a man falling nearly 20 feet from a ladder (luckily he wasn't seriously injured).
WE DO NOT PRESSURE WASH FROM EXTENSION LADDERS. We have the equipment and the knowledge to spray up to 40 feet in the air. That's right, 40 feet. Most times neighbors and passing pedestrians stop and stare in disbelief. Why risk falling from a ladder, when we can do the job from the ground?
Question: What do I need to do to get ready for you to clean my house or roof?
Answer: Typically, we like home owners to remove any flags, wreaths, and small decorations from the homes exterior. We also ask that you check your windows, doors, and exterior electrical components to ensure they are installed properly. Even though we only use low-pressure to wash your house, we still need to make sure that none of your doors/windows leak and no wires from flood lights, or other electrical components are exposed.

Question: What about my termite treatment? Will your low-pressure process compromise the chemicals the exterminator sprayed for termites?
Answer: No, we dilute every soap, brightener, or neutralizer as much as we possibly can to be able to still achieve desired results. Truth be known, when our neutralizer touches your home its 98.5% water, surfactants, water softeners, and a special vinyl additive. Meaning only 1.5% of this mixture is lean, mean, green killing machine. In short, our process does not compromise your homes termite treatment any more than rain water.
